NORTH STORM® AMBASSADOR ETHAN JOSEPH OF EMMJ IMAGES
Ethan grew up as an avid sportsman.
He played for the Forest Rugby Club, Killarney Soccer Club and represented in Grade Cricket for the UTS North Sydney Cricket Club.
Ethan has also coached Soccer and Cricket for the Under 12’s & 13’s.
The great this is that Ethan has coached at the same clubs he played for in the past.
Ethan has genuinely enjoyed passing on his skill set and knowledge to the next generation of upcoming Australian sportsmen and women.
Ethan was born, raised, and still resides on the scenic coastline of the Northern Beaches in Sydney.
He is fortunate enough to be in a position to capture nature’s moments within the picturesque surroundings of his hometown.
He has combined his love of photography and videography with his sporting passions.
With a love of the beach and nature, it fits in with Ethans adventurous personality.
He also likes mixing it up with drone photography, event photography and product photography.
Clicking away on his first camera at only 6 years old, he has been shooting ever since!

DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER INTERESTS OUTSIDE OF PHOTOGRAPHY?
Interests outside of photography would be that I enjoy being involved with sports coaching and spending days at the beach.
WHO IS YOUR IDOL, HERO? WHO INSPIRES YOU THE MOST?
Someone who inspires me is shore break Photographer Clark Little.
He was one of the first people who inspired me to really get into photography.
WHAT MOTIVATES YOU EACH AND EVERY DAY?
My main motivation is constantly chasing that ‘Banger Photo’.
WHAT DO YOU WANT TO ACCOMPLISH IN YOUR LIFETIME? GOALS?
My main goal is to turn my passion for photography and videography into my career.
My North Storm waterproof backpack is primarily used for keeping my drone and camera equipment dry and protected from sand when I’m at the beach or on the water.
