North Storm® returns and refunds policy

✔︎ Please take a minute to have a read of our refunds and return policy.

To be eligible for a return

  1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of order.
  2. Item(s) must be in their original packaging, which must be in original condition. This includes an attached hang tag, spare zip pulls and all attachments. 
  3. If you have an issue you would like to let us know about we ask that you put photography skills to use and email us a photo of your item prior to sending it back. From here we will work with you to assess and discuss the condition or issue with you first. Contact us on sales@northstorm.com.au
  4. If 30 days have passed and you believe it is a manufacturing fault or you have another concern please reach out we are always happy to help. Contact us on sales@northstorm.com.au

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. sales@northstorm.com.au

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@northstorm.com.au

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or contact us on sales@northstorm.com.au and we are happy to work it through with you.
